
Ordering your Pinhedz is an easy, three-step process using your own email account to upload your chosen images, and our secure e-commerce system. So here’s how it works:
Step One:
Click any “Order” button on the Pinhedz website, and you’ll be automatically redirected to our product order page, which will ask you to create a new account to process your order(s) and choose your desired Pinhedz size.
Step Two:
After you have entered the required information to log in, you will immediatley be able to to upload your chosen high-resolution images, as well as type in your precise directions on how you want your Pinhedz customized. Please note that we accept high resolution (Minimum 1MB-2MB images) JPEG, PNG, RAW, BMP or TIF images. We also recommend that the high-res image you want to make into a Pinhedz fills the majority of the picture.
Step Three:
Enter your payment information to order. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been accepted. In addition, to ensure that your image has been successfully customized to your specifications, we’ll also send you a follow-up email with a JPEG proof of your Pinhedz. Please allow for 10 to 14 days for receipt of your Pinhedz after your final approval. If you need your order sooner, please notate the date you need it on the order form. And that’s it.
